Vegetable noodle soup recipe
Material:
800 ml water
100 gr dry egg noodles, soak in warm water
3 stalks of green mustard, cut into pieces
1/2 carrot, diced
1 clove garlic, coarsely chopped
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp chicken stock powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp fried red onion
Oil for frying
How to make:
1. Heat oil, saute garlic until fragrant.
2. Add carrots and mustard greens. move.
3. Pour water, add fish sauce, chicken stock powder, and salt.
4. Enter the noodles, cook until cooked.
5. Remove, sprinkle with fried shallots, serve warm.
